Invitations I made a fire hydrant out of construction paper and made a little pocket on the back to put all the information in.

assortment through the Oriental Trading Co Cake I used the directions from the Family Fun website. Activity I called my local fire department about a month before the party and set up a time for a tour. They were called out about 10 minutes after we got there but the kids got to at least sit in the fire truck plus we got to see them "in action". Decorations I bought a fire hydrant sprinkler from Wal-Mart (about $5.00) and put it on the table. I made place "cards" from DLTK's Printable Crafts. I used my photo editor to put the birthday boys name and age on the belt and I put the child's name on the arm. I put toy fire trucks on the table. I got the plates, cups and table cloth from Birthdayexpress.com. They also have a very cute email invitation and some coloring pages. Games If it is nice outside you can have a fire fighter relay. Have the kids dress up in rain coats. Let them get the water hose and see who can fill up a bucket the fastest and carry it back over the finish line. You can play in the fire hydrant water sprinkle that was the center piece on the table. Click on image to enlarge
You may want to save the above papers to your computer then open them in your photo editor. You can add your own text. When you print the stationary, to do list, tablet, coloring page and invitation you will need to go to print preview then center it and fit to page.
